Product access
TheAgentKit provides digital downloads, documentation, and subscription access. Kit downloads are delivered after successful payment. Subscription benefits continue while the subscription remains active. Downloaded kit files remain yours; live subscriber archive access and subscriber community roles require an active subscription.
No guarantee of results
TheAgentKit is a toolkit and educational/productivity system. We do not guarantee business, income, automation, or operational results.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from your Stripe receipt or welcome/access flow. If you cannot find that link, email support@theagentkit.io and we can help locate or resend it.
Refunds
Because TheAgentKit includes digital goods and immediate access, refunds are handled case-by-case. During launch, if you cannot access, download, or install after following the support steps within 7 days of purchase, contact support and we will either help restore access or review a refund.

For install/config issues, start with the included troubleshooting docs and Snag support agent. For account access, billing, refunds, or Discord recovery, email support@theagentkit.io or reply to your welcome email.
Acceptable use
Do not use TheAgentKit to spam, harass, bypass platform rules, or violate applicable law.
